By accessing or using Wingman.io ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Wingman Technologies Inc.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Wingman.io is a real-time AI sales coaching platform that joins sales calls via a cloud bot and provides live coaching cards to sales representatives. The Service analyses call transcripts in real time and surfaces guidance, objection-handling suggestions, and competitor intelligence to help representatives close more deals.
The Service integrates with video conferencing platforms including Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams via our call bot infrastructure.
You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organisation you represent.
Access to the Service requires a paid subscription following the end of any applicable free trial period.
All prices are in USD and subject to change with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable call recording consent laws in your jurisdiction.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Audio from calls is NOT stored by Wingman. Only text transcripts are processed and retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
All call data, transcripts, and coaching outputs generated through Wingman remain the property of the subscriber. You grant Wingman a limited, non-exclusive licence to process this data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
The Wingman platform, including all software, algorithms, designs, and trademarks, is owned by Wingman Technologies Inc. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership interest in the Service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WINGMAN EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. AI coaching suggestions are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute professional sales, legal, or financial advice.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WINGMAN TECHNOLOGIES INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Wingman in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. You may cancel your subscription through the account dashboard. Wingman reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Your data will be retained for 30 days following termination and then deleted, unless we are legally required to retain it longer.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia, Canada.
